Missions
Answering customer’s incoming tickets in writing on our support platform.
Collect requests and feedback from customers or potential customers.
Generate prospective sales to turn existing or potential customers into new customers.
Handle partnership demand in order to collaborate.
Handling customer return, shipping issue and refunds.
Compliance with communication procedures, guidelines and policies
