Ensure End to End Service delivery of CS Core network from Planning up to Operations in order to ensure that the Glass Ball of Customer Experience does not fall 24/7/365, delivering Operational excellence and +1 Network Experience
Missions
High CS Core availability :
End-to-end control of Managed Service Partners in the Operation & Maintenance of CS Core nodes
Ensure day to day health check of each CS Core node
Follow up on alarms and trouble tickets
Ensure Backups of each node is performed within agreed schedule/manner (daily, weekly)
Ensure operational efficiency of Emergency recovery plan with all needed backup systems and tools
Incidence management: Review any alarm/outage happening in the CS Core with a clear plan of action for avoiding recurrence; Follow up on plans to prevent outages
Ensure all CS Core nodes are running with latest SW level; ensure up-to date patches are implemented across the nodes
Audit for compliance to Preventive Maintenance plan
Ensure adequate spare availability for CS Core
CS Core Capacity management and Planning :
Ensure Core capacity stays within threshold: Monitor and control daily capacity KPI of all CS core nodes and links;
ensure timely resolution of capacity issues in coordination with MC/MS partners
Evaluate and Follow up on Network Capacity Plan (NCP) in coordination with the MC/MS partners
Ensure timely realization of the NCP in order to ensure sufficient headroom of CS Core capacity
Participate in CS Core strategic Planning and Design
CS Core Service Delivery to Customers :
Support for day to day service related queries
Evaluate and support for all change requests from business teams
Coordinate the change request implementation in CS Core
Organize et ensure proper End to End testing for all changes
Act as SPOC for all communications between various stakeholders for queries related to CS Core
Profil
University degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or Telecoms Engineering
4-8 years of Experience in Telecom; mainly in Core nodes
Expert skills in CS Core nodes; ability to support in CS Core problems
Ability to evaluate CS Core designs
Knowledge in Telecom industry roadmap
