Assistant to HR and Admin Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant to the HR and Admin Manager to support our HR and administrative functions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department and across administrative functions, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Missions

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll processes.
  • Support the HR department in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, filing, and office organization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage the visa application and renewal process for expatriate employees and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Review and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Profil

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
