Position based in Fianarantsoa
Missions
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Address client concerns and resolve issues as they arise
- Present new product/service offerings
- Ensure contract renewals and participate in contract discussions if necessary
- Develop an annual growth strategy for each key account by gaining a deep understanding of client needs and interests
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Respond promptly to each client request by coordinating with Bionexx’s internal departments
- Regularly collect feedback on product and service quality and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and contact potential clients
- Convert leads into clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs
- Participate in events, webinars, or trade shows to network and gather prospects in person
- Improve and formalize key processes to improve team efficiency
- Develop and implement tools to streamline and improve the sales process
- Identify areas for process optimization and work with internal teams to implement improvements
Profil
- Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
- Proficient in French
- Excellent command of English required
- Autonomous, communicative, proactive, strong negotiator
