UX/UI Developer

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop prototypes for new product ideas.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.

User Interface (UI) Design:

• Design visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Development:

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that the final product matches the designs.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure interfaces work across various devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and development through production rollout and support.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
• Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
