We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance, whole providing essential support to the Accounting team.
Missions
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
Perform routine accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Support the Accounting Department with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for financial information and documentation.
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and other regulatory compliance documents.
Manage and organize financial records and documentation.
Profil
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
3 years experience in an accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
