PROJECT ACCOUNT MANAGER-ENGLISH & FRENCH SPEAKING

What will you do as a Project Account Manager ?

• Using an innovative web application strongly connected to professional networks, our team has reinvented the way in which companies of any size and location meet their marketing and communication agencies.
• You will be in charge of enriching projects with useful and relevant data through research and analysis
• You will work hand in hand with the advisors team in order to help them reach the project owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• You will manage projects and clients from different markets.
• You will become an expert of the marketing and communication industry.
• You will occasionally help the Support Team answering the client’s requests via mail, chat and phone.

What’s your profile?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar.
• Experience or interest for sales, proactive and desire for learning and getting great results.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills, challenge oriented and good communicator.
• Fluent in English and French both written and oral.
• Results and data oriented.
• Always ready to learn something new and to challenge the status quo.
• Enthusiastic and positive minded
• User-satisfaction oriented

💪 Our hiring process involves the following steps spread over two days:
1st day:
Take an online test to assess proficiency in English and French
Interviews with our HR representative and the hiring manager
Spend some time with the local team
2nd day:
A roleplay exercise with a member of the team
After completing the recruitment process, we will notify you of our decision within 72 hours.
