We’re looking for a Video Clip Researcher to help us find video clips based on specific topics. Your role will involve researching and collecting high-quality video clips that align with the themes or criteria we provide.

Job Details: The projects can vary in size:

Some tasks may require finding 10 longer clips.
Most tasks will involve locating up to 80 shorter clips (each at least 8 seconds long).

For each project, we’ll provide you with a specific topic like the examples above. Your job is to research and find clips that match the given topic.

Training and Trial: We’ll teach you everything you need to know to research effectively, efficiently, and accurately. Before getting started, we’ll have you complete a short trial to evaluate your:

Research skills
Ability to follow instructions
Proficiency in navigating the internet

Our Goal: The clips you find will be used to create YouTube compilation videos. Here’s an example of the type of video we aim to produce:

Missions

Research and source video clips that meet the project’s topic and guidelines.
Ensure clips are high-quality and match the given criteria (length, relevance, copyright or usage guidelines, etc.). We will provide the criteria
Use platforms like YouTube, tiktok, instagram, facebook, other social media, and other online resources to find clips.

Profil

Superb social media and internet research skills. You should be comfortable using various platforms (YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, etc.) to find relevant video content.
You must have a good and reliable internet. Fiber is not required but as you will be researching clips on multiple social media platforms, you’ll need enough and good speed to do the work efficiently. Slow internet will slow you down.
Ability to follow guidelines and pay close attention to detail. Ensuring the clips match our criteria is essential.
Good English speaking and writing skills. You don’t need to be perfectly fluent, but you should be able to communicate clearly and understand instructions in English. Most of the clips will be in English, and daily communication will also be in English.
No prior experience required, but having worked on similar projects is a plus!
Timeliness is key. You must be able to meet deadlines consistently.
Availability to work at least 25 hours per week, with the possibility of daily projects in the future. More availability is a big plus!
Willingness to complete a short trial project to demonstrate your skills before being hired.
