Video Subtitler/ Transcriber (English Speaking)

• Deliver Accurate Subtitles: Carefully listen and transcribe spoken content into text, correcting any errors for clarity and accuracy.
• Enhance Viewer Experience: Improve auto-generated captions by filling in missing subtitles and adjusting timing to match the audio perfectly.
• Maintain Content Quality: Censor or mute any inappropriate language while preserving the integrity of the original content.
• Optimize Efficiency: Follow our tips and workflows to ensure quick and effective subtitling, even for longer videos.
• Adapt to New Tools: Quickly learn and adapt to subtitling and editing software to keep up with changing workflows.
• Meet Deadlines: Complete each video’s subtitles within 24-48 hours, ensuring timely content delivery.
• Communicate Effectively: Stay in touch with our team, being available for communication and collaboration as needed.

• Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to understand different accents (such as Indian, Black American slang, British, etc.). Also all daily communication between us will be done in english (speaking/writing)
• Good/decent computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, 200GB of free storage or more, and a medium to higher-end processor core i5. With Gpu preferred but not required.
• Good internet connection (at least 50 GB per month and more for downloading and uploading videos). Fiber is not required, but a reliable connection is a must.
• Serious and punctual attitude, with the ability to commit to at least 24 to 30 hours of work per week.
• Availability to communicate and be online when needed throughout most of the day.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new software.
• Basic video editing skills are preferred, but not required
• Good quality headphones are necessary to understand audio details since the videos may include screaming and people talking over each other.
