Teach, guide, supervise, and assess students’ learning across all subjects, including Mathematics, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Cultural Studies.
Develop engaging lesson plans, curricula, and learning activities that align with Ayhay Christian School’s educational philosophy.
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independence in students through inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects.
Prepare and maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment with appropriate educational materials.
Support and supervise classroom assistants, aides, interns, and parent volunteers.
Communicate effectively with parents and be available for academic discussions and student progress updates.
Conduct assessments of students' learning progress and provide feedback to parents and staff.
Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and school community events.
Promote a collaborative and positive atmosphere among students, staff, and the school community.
Profil
Commitment to holistic and child-centered education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
University degree or attestation in Education or related fields.
Experience in teaching children, preferably in a Montessori or inquiry-based setting.
Ability to engage students with diverse learning styles and needs.
